The staff nurse and the dentist were friendly and seem to be helpful in the beginning when I first went to enquire for invisalign(clear aligner) treatment in Conjoint Dental(Yuen Long) 康穎牙科. I trusted and chose to do my treatment with Dr.Charlie 溫佩珊.
After the start of the Invisalign treatment, I could occasionally hear the faulty treatment they were doing (They assume I do not know Cantonese but I could understand conversations where they say "We do not have enough filling in this tube./Use the other tube, it shouldn't matter anyway." "She(referring to me) will worry about the blood coming out, give her water to rinse quickly.". It was sketchy, and in English they would tell me there is no problem and smile whenever I questioned.
Also witnessed the reception nurse/staff talking with other patients, who seemed not to be from a wealthy background, rudely. Poor quality, really disappointed, and not flexible to choose a suitable appointment time.
Sketchy, inflexible, not qualitative and definitely not recommended.
