I have visited their Hong Kong station clinic frequently recently to cure my shoulder pain. I have enjoyed Carol, the physiotherapist 's treatmeat pretty much.
But I have to say I am very angry at one of their nurses (sitting at cashier), named 阿 Wing. It's been a couple of times she talking to me in a very annoyed and impatient tone as if I was completely wasting her time . I tried to hold it to myself previously to avoid conflict in order to continue my treatment. But today, after I finally pointed out her bad attitude, she yelled at me (well, at least you can say she's a very CONSISTENT person).
I feel urged to escalate this issue to the public, because I feel extremely unhappy about this unfair and bad treatment. Patients require respect as well. I'd rather travel farther to Central Building than going to this clinic ungoing such bad services.
