Dr Lo was BAD, the worst doctor I had seen in my life. No empathy. No ethic. Extremely RUDE. No manners. He even took the kit to test his own blood sugar when he was talking to me. He sounded like a mafia more than a doctor. Totally unprofessional. SUPER BAD. I cannot believe someone like him can be a doctor. I was going to file a formal complaint. He just made you feel so bad. I was totally surprised someone like this could be a doctor.
