I have been suffering from dry eyes. There's always a feeling of a foreign body or sand in the eye. But somehow the eyes are teary at times. It's actually painfully dry in the morning. Dr Lim listened patiently and explained the cause and treatment of my situation in great details with illustrations. She told me what could be done if the situation got worse, such as plugging the tear ducts. She prescribed artificial tear drops and ointment for the time being. I am very satisfied with her professional attitude and knowledge.
