My daughter switched to Dr Pang since 9 months old. I think he is a very patient and experienced doctor. He is not the kind of doctor who gives his patient unneccessary medicine just to please parents or speed up the recovery process. You can tell he loves kids.
They normally have about 6-8 bookings in an hour, it think it's not bad. The max waiting time I encounter is approximately 45 mins (but that's when there are some sort of sugery or conference he need to attend).
